A relaxing rural setting in close proximity to Syracuse, Binghamton, Utica, Rochester, Albany, the Hudson Valley and New York City.
Played on the very best soccer fields in New York State at the David L. Emerson Soccer Farm in Oxford/Chenango County, NY.

The Chenango "Chargers" Soccer Club is the official host soccer organization.
The tournament series is sanctioned by the Eastern New York Youth Soccer Association.
